War drums: North Korea military 'on combat alert' after South Korea warship row

North Korea's military has reportedly been ordered to prepare for combat, after Seoul blamed the country for sinking one of its warships. The deadly incident in March provoked new levels of hostility between the neighbors, with South Korea suspending all trade with the North. The UN has called for an international response to the row, but security expert Denny Roy from the US-based East West Center, says sanctions are unlikely to help.
