Hillary Clinton backs South Korea as North cuts ties with neighbor

North Korea has announced it will cut all ties, including trade, with the South. Pyongyang claims the move is in retaliation for what it calls a 'smear campaign' over the sinking of a Southern warship in March. US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who is in the region to discuss the row, has called the sinking of the ship an "unacceptable provocation by North Korea".
