Open Question: Can I take powder magnesium, vitamins, & baby powder on the plane?

The smallest ounce of powder magnesium I know of is 8 oz. I take powder magnesium as a supplement. I just want to know if carrying baby powder and powder magnesium on the plane will be a problem and if not, what amount in ounces is allowed. Plus, i will be taking vitamins and I want to know if there are any rules about them.
